Lump sum or hourly fees are often not conducive for having your consultant aligned with your business objectives. We offer creative methodologies for compensation to ensure our goals are aligned with yours. We don’t succeed unless you succeed. Therefore, we don’t get paid unless we help you.
We will not be in your office all the time taking up your and your team’s valuable time. That’s not necessary for us to prove our ‘value’ to you.
